CASTRITE 220 is the industry standard for casting orthodontic brackets in stainless steel. Formulated using extremely pure, fine-grain raw materials with well defined particle sizes that are finely divided for a powder that easily disperses in solution.

CASTRITE 220 facilitates in high efficiency, reliable performance, and batch-to-batch consistency. The resulting mixture sets hard over 2 hours, depending on the size of the flask, allowing the particles to flow into the most intricate of parts yielding fine detail on even the smallest unit. The resulting mold is strong yet permeable and, after a slow burnout over several hours, allows for break away that is both easy and clean reveling ultra-smooth and dense castings.
