Dear Mr. Tandon
I just wanted to take a moment again
to thank you for your help recently with my investment dilemma.
It was a pleasure to speak with someone who possesses the
technical knowledge that is paramount but often missing in
our industry.
I happened to have 4 kilo bags of
investment that I purchased about 3 years ago sitting in a
cabinet. I spent the afternoon waxing 2 large cases with precision
interlocks and honestly was quite apprehensive about investing
it in my old standby investment. We had been experiencing
violently inaccurate castings with terrible surface textures
and I simply was nervous when I needed to invest these large
cases. Ironically, I had been using up this batch of Starvest
to invest and cast my 87% gold ceramic alloys because the
other investment was giving us terrible surface problems.
I figured, what have I got to lose except 2 large cases with
interlocks. So I invested the cases with the 3 year old investment
and liquid, said a few prayers to the almighty above, and
waited until the following morning. I cast them at 10AM the
following day. Voila! Absolutely flawless castings. My hat
is off to you and I will be a Starvest
lab for life. Telling anyone that I can about your product.
Keep up the wonderful work!
Sincerely and thankfully,

Michael H. Kalajian III
