Low-Cost Investment for Orthodontic Brackets in Stainless Steel

An investment for casting orthodontic brackets in stainless steel, it can also be used in casting platinum jewelry.

The investment offers the following properties:

  1. Unlimited mixing time as long as it being mixed continuously.
  2. It sets very hard by settling over 8 hours or more depending on the size of the flask (mold).
  3. Large flask, as high as 8 inch high, can be cast.
  4. Plastic patterns can be cast.

A slow burnout over several hours is required to complete the castings.
