A popular investment for casting orthodontic brackets in stainless steel, CASTRITE-220 can also be used in casting platinum jewelry.

The investment offers the following properties:

  1. Unlimited mixing time as long as it being mixed continuously.
  2. It sets very hard by settling over 8 hours or more depending on the size of the flask (mold).
  3. Large flask, as high as 8 inches high, can be cast.
  4. Plastic patterns can be cast.

A slow burnout over several hours is required to complete the castings.
