Casting Investment for Aluminum, Brass and other low melting alloys

SPECIFICATIONS

A gypsum bonded investment developed 15 years ago, XR-500 was developed to cast low melting alloys such as aluminum, brasses and bronzes.

A low cost but very good industrial casting investment, XR-500 offers a lot in quality including:

  1. High mold strength for even the largest flasks
  2. Easy break-out after casting
  3. Ability to cast very large molds containing hundreds of pieces
  4. Ability to cast from thin delicate to large bulky pieces.

Available with or without fibers.

Packaging: 100 lb. cartons.
*Minimum quantity order of 200 cartons required.
