MODEL STONE is a type III dental gypsum formulated for general-purpose laboratory applications, including the pouring of certain crown and bridge models, full and partial denture models, orthodontic models, model bases, and flasking.
MODEL STONE is easy to mix and spatulates quickly into a creamy, free flowing consistency due to its fine particle size and optimized water / powder ratio. Multiple pours can now be achieved due to an extended yet consistent working time. Hard-to-reach areas are filled quickly and effortlessly under gentle vibration. The stone sets rapidly allowing for quick removal while maintaining a moderate compression strength, good abrasive- and chip-resistance, as well as high accuracy.
MODEL STONE produces a smooth and dense surface ensuring detailed reproductions with fewer nodules and voids.
